Where I work in Greece
I travel regularly across the Greek islands and the mainland: Santorini, Mykonos, Crete, Paros, Corfu, Tinos and the Athenian Riviera, for hotels, resorts and private villas. From first contact to final delivery the process is seamless: on site scouting, shooting days planned around the property, and finished images ready for website, OTA portals, brochures and press. Available in English, Italian and Spanish.
Mykonos, the Athenian Riviera and the Cycladic ports are also stopping points on the superyacht charter circuit: when needed, I pair the property shoot with one on board, to build a consistent story across villa, marina and vessel. When to photograph a property in Greece
The ideal window is between April and May, before the high season: the property is ready, the garden is at its best, the light is already full and the rooms are not yet occupied. The images arrive in time for the summer campaign and for the portal update, when bookings are actually decided.
I also shoot in September and October, with warmer, lower light, ideal for terraces, pools and sunsets over the caldera. Travel is planned around the property's season, not around my calendar.
Licensing and Usage Rights
Every project includes a usage licence defined by channel and duration: from the website to OTA portals, through to campaigns, trade press and investor materials. For hotel groups and brands, dedicated extensions are agreed so the images can circulate across every property in the group without renegotiation.
